Mrs. Sarah A. Daugherty, aged 78, a former resident of near Darlington, died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Cyrus Jenkins of Mooresville, Ind at one this morning. Her death was caused by dropsy. Mrs. Daugherty was born near Darlington and spent practically her entire lifetime there. The body will be brought to Darlington where services will be held from the Friends Church at 3 Sun. aft. with bur in Greenlawn Cemetery The services will be in charge of Rev. Willis Bond, of Danville. The deceased was a lifelong member of the Friends Church. Mrs. Daugerty is survived by one brother, Thomas Cox and the sister at whose home she has been staying for some time past. Her husband and two children died years ago. -- typed by kbz
